🔒 सभी storage units 24/7 CCTV से monitored हैं, climate-controlled हैं और pest-free हैं। Minimum 15 दिन की booking जरूरी है।

खर्च तीन चीज़ों पर depend करता है — आपका घर कितना बड़ा है, सामान कितना है, और आप कहाँ से कहाँ जा रहे हैं। एक ही शहर के अंदर 2 BHK shifting का खर्च ₹5,500 से ₹10,000 के बीच होता है। Bangalore से Delhi जैसे long distance move के लिए ₹22,000–₹36,000 तक जा सकता है। ऊपर दी गई Rate List में सभी categories की detailed pricing दी है।
हम जो quote देते हैं वो itemized होती है — यानी packing material, labour, transport, loading/unloading, toll, और GST सब अलग-अलग लिखे होते हैं। जो quote confirm होती है, उसके अलावा कोई extra charge नहीं आता। बस अगर आप बाद में कोई extra service add करते हैं, तो वो अलग से discuss होती है।
Local shifting के लिए 5–7 दिन काफी हैं। Inter-city shifting के लिए 10–15 दिन पहले बुक करना better रहता है ताकि आपकी preferred date और time मिल सके। October से January peak season होता है, उस दौरान 3–4 हफ्ते पहले book करें। Last minute भी try कर सकते हैं — अगर availability हुई तो हम जरूर करेंगे।
हाँ। हम transit insurance offer करते हैं जो accidental damage, breakage और total loss cover करती है। Insurance optional है लेकिन हम strongly recommend करते हैं — खासकर electronics, antiques और glassware के लिए। अगर कोई damage होती है तो हमारी Zero Damage Guarantee के तहत हम compensate करते हैं — बिना लंबे process के।
आपको कुछ भी नहीं मंगाना होगा। हमारी टीम खुद corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, foam padding, और special fragile items के लिए custom crating लेकर आती है। हर item को label किया जाता है और एक inventory list बनाई जाती है ताकि unpacking आसान हो।
गाड़ी covered carrier trucks में भेजी जाती है — यानी वो रास्ते में rain, dust या किसी और चीज़ से safe रहती है। GPS tracking होती है जिससे आप real-time location देख सकते हैं। Delivery से पहले और बाद में गाड़ी की condition check की जाती है। Full transit insurance भी available है।
